Beyond his professional roles, he plays an active part in sustaining his family’s long-standing contributions to agriculture and education in Jizan, including the management of a 40+-year mango farm and private school. He has helped establish and transform multiple universities and medical colleges, strengthening research culture, global collaborations, and academic excellence across regions. Beyond academia, he has built technology ecosystems and guided ventures in EdTech, PropTech, and enterprise solutions. His mentorship at Dynamics Solution & Technology contributed to the company achieving Microsoft Gold Partner status, while his leadership at Vceela helped expand artisan outreach from 1,000 to over 100,000 creators.He also leads major research and industry partnerships, building grant systems and development programs that connect innovation with real societal needs. Ms. Gull Zeba Jawad is a distinguished leader in strategic investment, enterprise development, and digital innovation. She currently serves as Director at NZ Ventures Limited, where she contributes to shaping high-impact investment strategies and enterprise growth initiatives. She is also the Founder & CEO of RedMarker Systems, where she has transformed Pakistan’s assessment landscape by digitizing examinations for both public and private institutions. Under her leadership, RedMarker has become a benchmark in digital education and education technology reforms. A committed advocate for women’s financial inclusion and entrepreneurial growth, Ms. Jawad leads Hamkaar Incubation and Ventures, supporting women-led microenterprises through market access, financial literacy, and capacity-building programs. Her expertise in startup development and entrepreneurship enables her to mentor and support early-stage enterprises, equipping them with the tools, strategies, and networks to scale sustainably in competitive markets.
